Summit makes strong showing at Jesuit boys tennis tournament

Summit boys 3rd. Nate Bonetto wins No. 1 Singles title!

The Oregon Tennis Tournament, formerly known as “The Jesuit Tournament” features eight of the top boys tennis teams in Class 6A. With Summit’s move to 6A, they entered this year’s tournament for the first time in nearly a decade showed quite well.

Nate Bonetto, a sophomore for Summit, beat two-time defending Class 6A champion Peter Murphy of Jesuit in the final.

At No. 1 doubles, Ryan Abbott and David Feldman reached the final, falling to Lincoln.
