Marcus Mariota vs Jameis Winston, who is better?

As soon as Winston, the former Heisman Trophy winner and Florida State quarterback announced that he’s going into the NFL, everyone on sports radio ranked him ahead of Oregon’s Marcus Mariota. I’d pick Mariota in a heartbeat! Am I wrong?

There is a chance that the two could go 1-2 in the draft.
